Accountability

Trash Mountain Project is a U.S. non-profit, public charity approved by the IRS as a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) charitable corporation.  We strive to be 100% transparent and accountable to the public with concerns to all financial records.  As soon as our first full fiscal year is in the books, we will post all annual reports and financials on this page of our website for public viewing.

Trash Mountain Project is committed to keeping administrative costs to a minimum.  We have philanthropic donations that cover a significant portion of our administration and overhead costs.  Money donated to overseas programs will go directly to support the projects that immediately impact the children and families we serve.  Contributions made with no specific designation will be placed in the Trash Mountain Project general budget to be distributed where funding is most needed.

If there are any questions about how funds are being raised and ultimately used for this organization, please contact Brett Durbin, Executive Director.  Thank you for your support as we serve the children and families of global trash dump communities.
