After several trips to the Philippines as a volunteer with TMP, Dave took over the Discipleship Director position in 2016 and assists pastors working in trash dump communities to develop their spiritual lives and leadership skills. His professional experience made him a good fit for this role. Dave launched a new church project in 1998 and led that church through significant growth by training both staff and volunteers to effectively lead. He also serves as Associate Professor of Bible at Manhattan Christian College. This continuing experience with theological education is a perfect combination as he works to train TMP partner pastors and leaders.
